Francesca Whitham graduated from the University of Leeds with a BA Hons in History of Art in 2013. Francesca went on to study a two year Masters degree in the History and Business of Art and Collecting at the University of Warwick. Francesca joined Dreweatts in July 2015 as a valuer and cataloguer intern, whilst continuing to study her MA degree. Francesca took on a full time position at Dreweatts in 2016 after completing her MA thesis which focused on British art collector Thomas Geoffrey Blackwell and his collection of works by Philip Wilson Steer. Francesca also works for Mallett building exhibitions and administrating private treaty transactions.
