Coming up this June, we have our Interiors auction, including the selected property from the collection of Elizabeth Gage, MBE on 14 & 15 June, as well as our Fine Furniture, Sculpture, Carpets, Ceramics and Works of Art auction on 29 & 30 June. Ahead of the auctions, we are delighted to have Henriette von Stockhausen, Creative Director of VSP Interiors, picking out some of her favourite pieces.
Henriette uses antique furniture and fabrics to bring together rooms that are neither forced nor overly decorated but instead have naturally evolved over time. As a result, her projects resonate with character. Having grown up in Europe and lived in the UK for over 25 years, she has acquired a natural flair for combining classic English country-house style with subtle threads and nuances that come from a broader European design heritage and aesthetic. The results are elegant and distinctive. Here we take a look at Henriette's top picks.
