It was an absolute pleasure for Dreweatts to work once again with the Art on a Postcard team, hosting their Summer Auction. With a fantastic array of artworks, the auction made £70,000 for The Hepatitis C Trust! This was a timed online auction which ran from 24 June - 8 July 2021. Comprising 454 postcard sized artworks, with over 165 outstanding contemporary artists donating their work, the auction offered bidders the chance to own a mini masterpiece.

2021 marked the 20th anniversary of The Hepatitis C Trust. The Trust has packed a massive amount into the last twenty years and has prided itself on its innovative approach to charity work, including building the Art on a Postcard brand as a fundraising tool. Charles Gore, Found and former CEO of The Hepatitis C Trust, says that when the Trust opened "There were more than 500 HIV charities registered in the UK and not a single one for hepatitis C."

They have now set out to eliminate hepatitis C by 2030. In addition to playing a huge part in getting the NHS England to announce a unique elimination deal in 2019, the Trust played its party in getting 194 countries to sign up to elimination by 2030. The proceeds raised from this auction will go towards helping The Hepatitis C Trust with their impressive work.
