On Tuesday 22 September, we are delighted to present a private collection of dining silver by Australian-born artist and silversmith Stuart Devlin in our upcoming auction Fine Silver & The Art of Dining. Renowned for his imaginative approach to precious metals, Devlin combined exceptional craftsmanship with a sense of play and discovery. His richly textured silver and silver-gilt objects are distinguished by intricate detail, inventive design and a distinctive ability to transform functional pieces into miniature works of art.
