Bid online at Dreweatts Live
Leave a commission or absentee bid
You may wish to leave a commission (or absentee) bid. This can be done via the online lot listing through your online bidding account. If you do not have an online account yet, please email bid@dreweatts.com stating your maximum hammer price for each lot. Dreweatts will bid on your behalf taking into account any other bids and the reserve price.
Bid by telephone
Dreweatts offers the facility to bid by telephone. You will need to book a telephone line in advance of the auction. Dreweatts will then call you when your lot(s) are about to come up for sale enabling you to bid live on the telephone in real time.
Please note there is a limit to the number of telephone bids that we can execute for any particular lot, therefore telephone bids have to be accepted on a first come first served basis. Requests for telephone bids should be made by 4pm on the day before the auction takes place.
To leave a commission or telephone bid, please contact: +44 (0) 1635 553 553 | bid@dreweatts.com
Dreweatts offers you the opportunity to request additional information regarding a Lot through condition reports. Condition reports are provided on our website or upon request. Here you can ask about general condition, ask specific questions you might have about a Lot and also request additional images to those provided in our catalogues and on our website.
Requests for condition reports must be submitted by 4pm on the day prior to the auction; condition reports may be available alongside the lot description on the online catalogue. Please note that Dreweatts are unable to give verbal condition reports for any lot, and all condition reports will be given in writing via our website. The absence of a report does not imply that a lot is without imperfections. See our terms and conditions
