On Wednesday 13 August, we are pleased to present our auction London Designed. This curated sale showcases the contents of two distinguished private London residences, including a striking penthouse designed by acclaimed interior designer Peter Mikic. Renowned for his playful yet sophisticated aesthetic, Peter is celebrated for his intuitive understanding of space, movement, and architectural flow. His designs exude both elegance and versatility, striking a balance between creativity and functionality.
Reflecting on this project, Peter said, "From the outset, my goal was to craft a space that felt layered and entirely unique. A lot of what you see in the penthouse was designed specifically for it; nothing off the shelf. I worked with some of the finest artisans and ateliers, drawing on a rich vocabulary of materials, finishes, and forms to create a cohesive environment that doesn’t just look beautiful, but feels lived-in, and thoughtfully considered."
Ahead of the auction, Peter picks out five of his favourite pieces from the collection.
