On Tuesday 15 & Wednesday 16 June we saw fantastic results for our auction of 'Hollycombe House: The Collection of Tim and Virginia Hoare'. This was a Live Online auction with an auctioneer, offering clients the opportunity to leave commission bids, bid by telephone or bid live online via one of four internet bidding platforms. Competitive bidding from 29 countries, meant that the auction achieved a sell through rate of 93%, making 40% above pre-sale estimates, totalling £1.69 million (including Buyer's Premium).
