Our Valuations team are currently on hand for any advice you may need and we are once again running auctions. With the recent advice from government, we are pleased to announce that we will be allowed to open our doors to the public from Monday 15 June and we will able to visit clients in their homes from Monday 1 June, providing appropriate social distancing can be maintained.
Our Remote Viewing Service also allows you to preview the auction from the comfort of your own home at a time convenient to you.
From Monday 15 June we will be allowed to open our doors to the public. Viewing in person will be offered on a by appointment basis, to allow us to manage viewings safely and in line with Covid-19 social distancing regulations.
With the current COVID-19 restrictions in place, we have launched new online valuation forms where you can upload images and some basic details via our website, and a new virtual valuation service where you book an appointment with a valuer via your smart phone or tablet.
We are also working with lawyers, executors and other clients providing a remote valuation service so that estates and collections can continue to be managed.
From Monday 1 June, we will once again be allowed to provide home visits and carry out valuations in person. Dreweatts has in place protocols to ensure that this can be done safely for both staff and clients.
