Monika Hinkel is a lecturer and curator of Japanese Art based at SOAS, University of London. She is the convenor of the Arts of Japan and Korea module, SOAS-Alphawood Asian Art Programme and Editor-in-Chief of Andon, the Journal of the Society for Japanese Art.
