In line with government regulations, our priority is to protect our customers and employees. As such Dreweatts are now launching a new and interactive way to preview our auctions from the comfort of your own home.
‘Dreweatts Remote Viewing’ offers our clients the opportunity to view lots in our saleroom and control what you see.
How To View
Step 1: Email firstname.lastname@example.org to book your "Remote Viewing" appointment at a time convenient to you. You will also need to let us know your video call device preferences and the lots you are wanting to view.
- Fine Furniture, Sculpture, Carpets and Ceramics | 19 May (Remote viewing from 11 May)
- The Transport Sale | 28 May (Remote viewing from 25 May)
Step 2: You will receive an email confirming your booking and presenting our Terms & Conditions. Please reply confirming that you have read and accepted them.
Step 3: A member of Dreweatts staff will call you for your allocated time.
Step 4: You take over - let us know exactly what you would like to see! Mounts? Movements? Carved detail? We are here to show you!
Step 5: Need a condition report? Please note the "Remote Viewing" does not constitute a condition report. Detailed conditions reports and additional images are also availabe on our website or by request.
Supported Devices: Facetime | WhatsApp video call | Instagram video call
Dreweatts offers you the opportunity to request additional information regarding a Lot through condition reports. Condition reports are provided on our website or upon request. Here you can ask about general condition or specific questions you might have about a Lot as well as request additional images to those provided in our catalogues and on our website.
Requests for condition reports must be submitted by 4pm on the day prior to the auction; condition reports may be available alongside the lot description on the online catalogue. Please note that Dreweatts are unable to give verbal condition reports for any lot, and all condition reports will be given in writing via our website. The absence of a report does not imply that a lot is without imperfections. See our terms and conditions
You can request condition reports via the lot listing on the website or by contacting us: +44 (0) 1635 553 553 | email@example.com

Bid online at Dreweatts Live
Leave a commission or absentee bid
You may wish to leave a commission (or absentee) bid. This can be done via the online lot listing through your online bidding account. If you do not have an online account yet, please email firstname.lastname@example.org stating your maximum hammer price for each lot. Dreweatts will bid on your behalf taking into account any other bids and the reserve price.
Bid by telephone
Dreweatts offers the facility to bid by telephone. You will need to book a telephone line in advance of the auction. Dreweatts will then call you when your lot(s) are about to come up for sale enabling you to bid live on the telephone in real time.
Please note there is a limit to the number of telephone bids that we can execute for any particular lot, therefore telephone bids have to be accepted on a first come first served basis. Requests for telephone bids should be made by 4pm on the day before the auction takes place.
