Historian, author and broadcaster Dr Amy Boyington is an expert in eighteenth-century architecture, country houses and Georgian history. She holds a PhD in architectural history from the University of Cambridge and has worked with leading heritage organisations including English Heritage, the National Trust and Historic Royal Palaces.

A regular television contributor, Amy has appeared in numerous documentaries and reaches over three million followers through her social media platforms. Her debut book, Hidden Patrons: Women & Architecture in Georgian Britain, was shortlisted for Architectural History Book of the Year, while her latest book, The Country House Dining Room: A History of Georgian Feasting, explores the history and traditions of Georgian dining.
