London - An exceptional private single owner collection of Bilston and other English enamels will be offered in Dreweatts & Bloomsbury Auctions sale of Fine Silver & Objects of Vertu on Thursday 27th November. The collection dates from mid-18th century during the most prolific period of enamel production in Bilston.

David Rees, Director of Silver & Objects of Vertu at Dreweatts & Bloomsbury Auctions said: "It is a pleasure to see a collection of English enamels preserved in such wonderful condition. These works pertain to a period when Britain was creating and decorating beautiful objects and to see pieces in near original condition is a rare and exciting opportunity."
