A lighter bearing the cypher of Queen Elizabeth II that was gifted by her majesty to the cabin crew of BOAC is lighting up a series of luxury auctions featuring, fine jewellery, watches, pens, silver and accessories at Dreweatts & Bloomsbury Auctions' Donnington Priory saleroom on Wednesday 9th July.

At the monthly valuation day at Donnington Priory the auctioneers were presented with a Dunhill Lighter in a fitted Dunhill box with the cypher of Queen Elizabeth II. The lighter had been given as a gift by her majesty to the cabin crew of the BOAC Royal Flight that carried the Queen and HRH the Duke of Edinburgh on their visit to Canada for celebrations of Canada's Centennial Anniversary in Ottawa and the 1967 Expo in Montreal.
