World Wildlife Fund Fine Wine & Luxury Perfume Charity Auction

Five exclusive lots of prestigious Caelestis biodynamic* wine, together with the organic perfume 'Caelestis vine flower,' have been specially created for auction in honour of the vital conservation work undertaken by the WWF. The sale will be held on Wednesday 20th November 2013 at 7pm in Dreweatts & Bloomsbury Auctions London saleroom.

Caelestis excellent vintage 2010 originates from the prestigious Chateau Fonroque Saint-Emilion Grand Cru Classe. Renowned producer and oenologist Alain Moueix of this Chateau has dedicated the collection: "As an artist, this beautiful picture illustrates the intensity of life forces, of expression and harmony magnified by biodynamics."

Out of a total of 176 Bordeaux Grands Crus Classe, there are only 4 organic wines (including 3 biodynamic wines) making Caelestis one of the rarest biodynamic Grands Crus Classe wines.Each Caelestis wine and perfume bottle is presented in a special handcrafted wooden case.

Caelestis original wine label has been autographed by the famous Hollywood star Frances Fisher

The luxury "Caelestis vine flower" organic perfume has been specially created by the Higher School of Perfume in Paris andt he beautiful symbolic hand- made bottle was crafted by the French National School of Glass Crafts "Lycee Jean Monnet" as a "green" educational project.

The event will be introduced by Caelestis founder Grazyna Lallemand with Anthony Bennett from WWF-UK.

Caelestis is an association aiming to raise awareness about environmental implications of wine production and consumption while raising funds for WWF on three continents.

*Biodynamic wines are ecological wines produced without any artificial chemical fertilisers, insecticides, fungicides and herbicides and without the use of additives in wine. Bio-dynamic viticulture and the processing of the grapes go beyond organic standards in that they are treated as a holistic system including the influence of cosmos.
