A simulated granite block set with a silver star, presented in recognition of Frankie Howerd on the occasion of the launch of 'Avenue of the Stars', St. Paul's Church, Covent Garden, 2005, in original box; together with a companion souvenir booklet listing Frankie Howerd as one of the inaugural recipients; also a certificate congratulating Frankie Howerd on being one of the artists selected to appear before Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother on the occasion of the Royal Variety Performance, 1978; with a souvenir programme for a Variety Club tribute luncheon to Frankie Howerd, celebrating forty-five years in showbusiness, 1991; also nine assorted books and booklets, including Howerd, Frankie. On the Way I Lost It , reprint, London 1976; …and June Whitfield. The Autobiography , second impression, London 2000, inscribed and signed by author, (13).
