A line inlaid mahogany quarter chiming mantel clock, retailed by Knight and Gibbons, London, late 20th century, the German made eight-day movement Wstminster chiming the quarters on eight gongs and with platform lever escapement, the circular white Roman numeral dial inscribed Knight & Gibbons, LONDON to centre and with blued steel moon hands, the Regency style chamfer-top case with brass pineapple finial above glazed circular brass bezel to the line bordered front door over ogee-shaped moulding to apron, on moulded skirt base with brass pad feet, 34cm (13.5ins) high.
Movement is in relatively clean condition and is currently fully operational. Dial appears free from damage. Case has one or two very light bumps otherwise is in fine condition. Clock unfortunately doies not have a winding key.
