This category covers all areas of history and popular culture, with many of the items offered providing a glimpse into unique, world famous events. Documents signed by such figures as Nelson, Churchill, Presidents and Prime Ministers, Kings and Queens are always in demand by our buyers.

Recent sold lots include: a rare off-white sheet signed by Walt Disney and featuring sketches by Disney cartoonists, 1941 (£3,720); a letter to Wilkie Collins signed by Charles Dickens, 1857 (£2,976) and an autograph document in Winston Churchill's hand outlining a bet between himself and James C. Young, 1901 (£21,080).
