Eloїse studied History of Art at Oxford Brookes. After working in a Japanese art gallery in Paris and assisting with the coordination of BRAFA art fair in Brussels, she worked as a Gallery manager for the 18th century English furniture dealer Rolleston.

Eloїse started working at Dreweatts in 2022, joining the House Sales team as the administrator.  The sales she has particularly enjoyed working on include Flaxley Abbey & Chilham Castle (2022) and Anouska Hempel: Designer at Large (2023).
